LandingRoast is an AI-powered tool that analyzes landing pages and returns scored feedback across conversion-relevant categories. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about specific outcomes, conversion improvements, or accuracy of audit results.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Lifetime Access

Purchasing lifetime access grants you permanent use of the Service under the plan purchased, as long as the Service operates. Lifetime access is tied to your account and is non-transferable.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds.

Because LandingRoast delivers immediate digital access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. Please review the product carefully before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing the Service, contact us at support@landingroast.app and we will resolve it.

5. Acceptable Use

You may only submit URLs of landing pages that you own or have explicit permission to audit. You may not use the Service to:

Audit pages without authorization from the page owner
Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, its prompts, or methodology
Use automated scripts to send bulk requests
Circumvent rate limits or access controls

6. Intellectual Property

The audit reports generated for your submitted URLs are yours to use freely. The underlying Service, software, prompts, and methodology remain our intellectual property.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting a URL for audit, you acknowledge that the page's publicly accessible content will be processed by third-party AI services (Anthropic) to generate the audit.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
