1. Information We Collect

Account: Email address and an encrypted password when you create an account.

URLs: The landing page URLs you submit for auditing, and the publicly accessible content scraped from those pages.

Audit results: The scores and feedback generated by our AI for your submitted pages.

Usage: Basic usage data to keep the service working. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used only to provide the Service: running audits, storing your audit history, sending transactional emails (confirmation, password reset), and responding to support requests.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

Supabase: Handles our database and authentication. Your data is stored on Supabase-managed PostgreSQL infrastructure.

Anthropic: The text content scraped from submitted URLs is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate audit results. By submitting a URL, you acknowledge this processing.

Lemon Squeezy: Handles payment processing. We do not store or access your card details.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently erased within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We use only the session cookies required for authentication. There are no advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts on this site.

6. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data or delete your account at any time by emailing support@landingroast.app or using the account deletion option in Settings.

7. Children's Privacy

LandingRoast is not directed at children under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
